Search box shortcode allows you to add search form in your site that makes users to search for hotels/flights etc in a particular destinatoin easily. Admin interface for customization.

Usage

  1. Log in to your WordPress Admin.
  2. Click adivaha® in main left menu.
  3. Click ShortCode Repository if the shortode isn't installed or using for the first time or move to step 5 if the shortcode is installed already.
  4. Find the shortcode named SearchBox in the right panel and click Install
  5. You can now find SearchBox Settings in the left menu for searchbox customization interface
  6. Click Pages, and then click Add New.
  7. Enter the title of the page.
  8. Paste the below mentioned shortcode in the content area.
  9. Click Publish
  10. Click the generated permalink to view the searchbox in action.

Shortcode Settings

Parameters Description
Add/Remove Modules Select the modules that you wish to show in the combined searchbox (ie, hotels, flights, cars etc)
SearchBox background color Set the background color of searchbox and tabs.
Search button background color Set the background color of Search Button.
Search button font color Set the font color of Search button.
Show/Hide Controls Labels This will switch the controls captions on/off
Control labels font color Set the font color of Control labels.
Autocomplete Hover Color Set the background color of autocomplete hover.
Padding Top Top padding of searchbox. Measured in pixels (px)
Padding Bottom Bottom padding of searchbox. Measured in pixels (px)
Padding Left Left padding of searchbox. Measured in pixels (px)
Padding Bottom Bottom padding of searchbox. Measured in pixels (px)
