How to Create a Site Dedicated to Hotels Bookings Easily?

I want to build a site dedicated only to hotels bookings. I have already worked with travelpayouts with another site that has all booking options. However I want to setup a different website dedicated only in hotels. I know that travelpayouts works with hotellook which is the main site searching for hotels. However is missing booking.com. I need the feature also of booking.com to intergrate in the overall search engine results of best deals. Not as a separate widget only. At this time i have not started anything. Can you give me guidance and take care of all? I will need to setup a new account with travelpayouts, can you setup after all in my site, install wordpress in my server, install your theme keeping only the hotel booking option and finish a complete site for me? I do not have time to deal with this, so I am loooking for someone to take care of all. I can give you server access and everything. I want a site like hotellook.com. Also an app.

Dear Andreas,
So its not Travelpayouts, you will not find booking.com in any affiliate program. Booking.com is very strict in their terms and conditions. So even if you setup a new Travelpayouts account, you will not be able to list booking.com.
As far as setting up the Travelportal based on Travelpayouts is concerned, Yes, we just need your wordpress setup and our team will take care of the rest. Installation, Private Branding and setting it to LIVE.
